As a System TPM, you will lead hardware teams through all phases of new product introduction (NPI)—from initial concept and goal definition, through prototyping and testing, to production ramp and launch. You’ll manage multiple interrelated projects across Product and Research, ensuring consistent progress toward broader company goals.
You are passionate about user-centered design and use it as a guiding principle to drive team decision-making and product quality. You’re a pragmatic optimist who thrives in dynamic environments, working alongside low-ego teammates who enjoy solving complex problems together.
