Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) who thrives at the intersection of technology, product strategy, and customer value. You will own the roadmap for core parts of our Digital Twin platform, collaborating with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business leaders to bring ideas to market.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll define product vision, shape technical architecture decisions, and drive execution from concept through launch and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product roadmap for core AI and platform capabilities (APIs, integrations, data pipelines, compliance features, AI/ML models).
• Translate business strategy and customer needs into clear product requirements, PRDs, and user stories.
• Work closely with customers and engineering to balance technical feasibility, scalability, and time-to-market.
• Partner with design to ensure seamless, intuitive user experiences across enterprise workflows.
• Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment with GTM, customer success, and compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics for product adoption and business impact.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI, data security, enterprise SaaS, and organizational intelligence, bringing best practices into product decisions.
• Serve as a trusted partner to customers and stakeholders, translating feedback into product innovation.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years in a technical product role (AI, SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise software).
• Strong technical background (degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience).
• Proven success leading end-to-end product lifecycle — from vision and strategy to launch and scale.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, APIs, or enterprise data ecosystems.
• Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, DPIA, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with global stakeholders.
