In the early days of the company, you will work across many parts of the org, including but not limited to:
-Full Product-led Growth Ownership — experiment and improve the entire user journey including signup, activate, checkout, monetization, and retention
-High-Velocity Execution – Launch multiple experiments per week, measure impact, and double down on what works
-Virality: develop and scale viral loops, inside and outside of product (eg. referral programs, or ) that grow organic impressions and conversion
-Data-Driven Strategy – Leverage analytics to refine messaging, onboarding, channel selection, and positioning.
Your role might also touch upon the following until we bring on specialists for these functions:
-Positioning & landing page ideation, testing, and analysis
-Consumer acquisition strategies, directing TikTok influencer marketing, SEO, partnerships to focus on specific products and user messaging
-Build content and community engagement loops for students, teachers, marketers, and writers through email marketing, organic social, and community creation
