• 1+ years of experience in machine learning and data science, with a proven track record of deploying models at scale.
• A strong background in computer science, particularly in machine learning and natural language processing, and an

• Deep experience in search / retrieval / ranking - recommendation system
• Experience in shipping a generative AI product (not just a demo) - building evals, scoping the problem
• Worked on LLM agent products
• Worked on LLM finetuning
• Awareness of biases, hallucinations, and knowledge cutoffs that can affect LLM performance and output quality
• Experience working with early startups and/or shipping products from 0-1
