We are looking for an experienced SDET for our test engineering team. As one of the first SDETs, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our AI-driven SaaS products. You will work closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to drive best practices in test automation, quality strategy, and release readiness.
What you will learn to do:
- Define and implement the overall test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality best practices for SaaS-based applications.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure test coverage, automation-first approach, and seamless CI/CD integration.
- Drive adoption of modern testing tools and frameworks (UI/API automation)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality gaps, reduce defect leakage, and improve release velocity.
What we look for :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software testing and automation,
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in programming/scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Proven track record in testing SaaS-based enterprise products (preferably in large-scale, data-intensive domains).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools, such as Cursor or similar, to accelerate automation/coding workflows.
