Your Responsibilities:
💡Strategy: Define phased approach to bringing the Growth Marketing tactics online, establish budget aligned to performance metrics, and build resource model to execute.
🎯Performance: Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across key social/content platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms).
💌Email: Build our community through owned and partner channels. Deploy flows and campaigns in Klaviyo to engage our subscribers to drive engagement and purchase.
🧑🤝🧑Influencers: Build and manage paid influencer campaigns across key platforms (eg. TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).
🧰eComm: Deploy custom landing pages, implement CRO experiments, and manage technical integrations (pixels, analytics, offers, and more).
✍️Creative: Write and/or direct high-converting copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and paid content.
📊Analytics: Ensure full-funnel performance visibility across GA4, Meta, Klaviyo, Shopify, and attribution tools.
