Who We Need:

As a Founding Recruiter, you will be instrumental in developing and refining our recruitment processes to attract and secure top-tier talent for both our business and technical teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers, equipping them and their teams with enhanced recruiting capabilities. This includes providing guidance on sourcing strategies, effective recruiting tools, interview techniques, and industry best practices. Your entrepreneurial spirit, meticulous attention to detail, collaborative approach, and creative problem-solving skills will be essential in engaging, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent.

Beyond direct hiring responsibilities, you will also gain exposure to various facets of the People function, such as Employer Branding, Recruiting Operations, and People Operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for business and technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide them through the hiring process while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.

  • Contribute to talent acquisition strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to meet hiring goals.

  • Support various people operations and talent initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies

  • Proficiency with modern recruiting tools like and ATS platforms.

  • Strong ability to assess both technical and business candidates, manage competing priorities, and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You also have an eye for talent and can articulate why a candidate is excellent.

  • Data-driven approach and experience with recruiting metrics.

  • Experience working in a fast paced startup and bringing clarity to ambiguity.

  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
