Crosby was founded by Ryan (Penn, Stanford Law, ex-Cooley, former GC) and John (Penn M&T, ex-Ramp, ex-Google).

The Role You will design and scale the way we onboard and engage new clients. This is a tactical client-facing role with strategic leverage: you’ll take ownership of recurring workflows for all new clients and find ways to deliver consistent, high-quality legal work as quickly as possible.
You will own the process of learning and ingesting information about our clients as quickly and creatively as possible. This is a huge problem that law firms haven’t solved yet; you’ll work cross-functionally with lawyers and engineers to finally fix this. This role is part execution, part pattern recognition—and a strong fit for someone who is organized likes creating structure.

Pursuant to New York Labor Law Section 194-b, US Pay Range is $80,000 - $130,000 which represents the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
