Who We Need:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic GTM - Business Development Manager to execute go-to-market initiatives that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to develop and implement GTM strategies that align with our business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Help build and execute the GTM playbook - test messaging, evaluate channels, and refine processes to drive growth.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Sell into finance teams (CFOs, controllers, accounting leads) with high customer empathy and domain curiosity.

  • Perform personalized outreach, move deals from SQL to Close, and share real-time feedback with product and leadership.Represent Rillet with clarity and confidence - own customer conversations and deliver a high-quality experience.

  • Surface insights from the field to inform GTM strategy and product development.

  • Support pricing, packaging, launches, and sales enablement.

  • Deliver effective sales tools and messaging to accelerate close rates.

  • Track GTM performance and share learnings with senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, GTM strategy within a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of selling into finance teams and navigating finance stakeholder decision-making cycles.

  • Deep understanding of finance workflows, KPIs, and challenges faced by modern finance departments.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and product-market fit.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building strategic relationships.

  • Analytical and data-driven; comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA a plus).
